What is healthy Tension?

How do we become an effective team? The last time I wrote, I discussed the foundation for trust. Remember the chart. If the Republican Party is going to start moving together as a team, we must lay the foundation of trust. I hope you are being a man or woman that is receiving and giving trust to your fellow republicans.

How do we get where we want to go?

Thank you for taking the time to read the Chair/CEO article. Even by writing this article, I know some may be offended or frustrated. However, I believe our mission is too important not to address what I have observed in my first 30 days as the Spokane County Republican Central Committee chair. 

Who has remained throughout history the best Party because it stands for the Constitution?

I want to thank everyone for the fantastic support and trust that you have placed in me to lead the SCRCC. It is an incredible honor and privilege to serve you. I also want to thank the former leadership for carrying the mantel of conservatism. Together, we can move forward in getting Republicans elected who hold to our conservative values. We can do this in a passionate, clear, and respectful way that draws people closer instead of pushing them away. When the BULK of individuals of the Republican Party keeps the mission as the top priority, it produces an effective outcome. We have the correct values, the best concepts, and the proven recipe for success: FREEDOM.
